So the verdict so far - yes, our house was flooded. Jeremy has posted pictures of our house. Better than we thought - but still carpets destroyed and smell horrible. Can't imagine the real estate people will be contactable for quite awhile. Will take a lot of work to clean up but we've had so many offers of help...Fairfield was one of the worst hit suburbs with some places going under up to the roof, so I'm grateful that didn't happen to us. Friends have been amazing. This weekend will be a lot of work for J and co.
