8 Sydney St, Fairfield. That would be our new address! We're signing the lease and getting the keys this Thursday - woohoo! It's the 3 bedroom house that we wanted. Nice hardwood floors, and the backyard backs onto a park. How ideal is that?? It's also a 10 minute walk from the train, and across the park is a mall with a grocery store (and a Noodle Box)!

We got the call this morning when we were on the train on the way to the Gold Coast. Spent the day at Surfer's Paradise and Broad Beach - the waves were HUGE. Jeremy, of course, is now sunburned. It has to happen once I guess no matter how diligent he is about applying sunscreen! Jim was our tour guide and we called Yvonne and Felipe, our new friends fom the Ozztrekk BBQ last week to come along. She's in Jeremy's class, and he is her boyfriend who decided he'd like to accompany her to Australia for an adventure of his own! It was a great day and now I'm am exhausted. Dinner, then bed!
